About this villa rental
Beautiful, comfortable villa, "Casa Elisabetta", is 4-room villa with minimal furniture and furnishing, suitable for families with 3 floors (200 m2) in a quiet, sunny position, on top of a hill 6km from the Center of Corfu and 4Km from Beaches of Agios Gordios and Kontogialos. The street that leads to the Villa is private with no access to other properties.
Villa is also located next to a path that leads to Traditional Village Kinopiastes through beautiful landscape in 5 min by foot and another path that leads to Village Agios Prokopios in 10 minutes.
Private quiet and beautiful garden with trees to relax, outside swimming pool non-heated with garden furniture, barbecue with garden pavilion.
There is private parking with electric remote control in the entrance.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all of them with remote ceiling fans with the one of them having exit to the garden and the swimming pool, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.
There is also a kitchen with fridge, oven, electric kitchen, electric coffee machine, steamer, toaster multi-machine and a bench with two tall stools .Treadmill gym available in this floor.
On the 1st floor (ladder) there is a living room with one sofa bed, open-hearth fireplace, two small sofas, coffee table, TV and balcony.There is also one sofa that becomes bed and can sleep 2 more people.
There is also one bathroom with cabin (shower), hairdryer and washing machine.
Double bed with curtains, remote ceiling fan with balcony and a very beautiful view of the swimming pool, the garden and the countryside.
On the 2nd floor (ladder) there is a bigger kitchen with all equipment required such as oven, fridge, and electric kitchen with an iron-glass dining table that has panoramic view of Achilleion Palace (which is located 3km from the villa), the Old Fortress , sea , swimming pool and the Corfu City. The kitchen has also remote ceiling fan.
Big Veranda is available on the 2nd floor with dining table, tent and relaxing furniture.
Suitable for families (can accommodate 10 people) or people that need privacy and relaxed vacations all year round.
Linen and Towels change one (1) time per week.
Other Facilities: Safe ,Internet (Wi-Fi), central heating system, nets on every window , baby cot or extra bed for children is also available when requested.
