Property was in good location, we had both villas right next to each other for our family. The cleaners were there every second day, Fresh towels whenever we asked and guide me through nyepi day to make sure I was fully stocked.

The property needs an upgrade- minimal facilities and a constant smell of gas in the kitchen. The staff tried to fix it but the smell returned. The taps in the kitchen didn’t work properly. The office was hardly open so if you wanted to book anything it wasn’t an option. It was clean, comfortable.
The facilities need to be upgraded. Our Villa looked tired and Not like the photo. The office needs to be open, when guests are there.
