The good: - Staff acknowledged me by my name right when I alight the taxi, was pleasantly surprised by that. The attentiveness of the staff is top notch - Big for 2pax. 200m² of separate living space and bedroom. - Very roomy, both indoors and outdoors. - Kitchen cabinets, amenities and utensils are spick and span due to a/c room, unlike other villas that are open kitchen/dining area - Toilet/Bathroom is BIG - Convenient location to Grab everywhere as it's right smack on the Main rd which brings us to the bad The Bad: - Too busy a main rd, difficult to walk on the ever non-existance Bali pavements. - Hard for taxi/Grab drivers to pick-up as the waiting area is shallow and very near the main rd. - Creepy Crawlies are REAL. - The Pool and the floor will be dirty everyday with plant/floral droppings or whatever they are - Not as nice as the pics show, well they are real, just that the paints are worn and the metal have rusted Generally, we enjoyed our stay here, the bed is comfy and the bedsheets/pillows are excellent. A good night sleep. I find it hard to recommend this place as I know there are better/nicer villas out there with equal or same price. I cancelled 2 other villas just to book this based on the photos and the reviews, well, I'm not disappointed nor excited. So I guess it's just an alright villa to me. Will I stay here again, absolutely not, cos I stay diff places every time I come Bali, so, yeah, that's my honest take on The Kons.

Great place to stay just a short GRAB car ride to Seminyak Square, Legian Kuta. Kitchen need a little thought , no tongs, toaster, potato peeler just small things but if your booking here to self cater these things are necessary. Bed was super comfy, aircon was extra cool, shower is super hot and powerful. We had no dramas within telnet and the pool was amazing in the heat.

It’s a self rated 5. No phone to reach out to staff. The place is old and dirty. Furniture’s not clean or safe to use. No bathroom amenities. Highly NOT recommended.
