Everything was beyond expectation - the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was excellent, the room and the bathroom were super clean. The room was very quiet, and the location is very central in the old city of Bergamo.

Easy to get to on foot. Staff is super friendly and breakfast had plenty of choices.

the only positive was the room - roomy clean and comfortable with good bathroom
a bit querky! No welcoming recepetion just a self-service computer screen with 3 x security codes for entry/check-in/access to bedroom. Only saw one member of staff and that was at breakfast!
