Good location, very clean and stylish, nice room, decent breakfast, nice outdoor patio. Also a top restaurant downstairs.
You had to use your mobile phone to get access to the main gate and bedroom.

A very nice place not far from the airport. Easy access by bus. Nice and clean rooms. A huge plus is the ability to make coffee and tea all day long. Breakfast (typically Italian) is delivered to your room, which you can enjoy in a specially prepared room where the espresso machine is located. In nice weather, you can sit on the terrace. Keyless self-check-in allows you to arrive at any time. Extremely helpful staff. If I ever come back to Bergamo, I'll definitely stay at the same place.
the only thing I can complain about is that my vacation was too short.

Location all right, nice room.
The check-in needed to be done remotely beforehand to get a code to open the door and even the front gate. I had internet problems and needed to find wifi to check-in before even entering the premises. Perhaps just too modern system for me, but not convenient. Breakfast was included but it was just dry biscuits and coffee (I know it’s the Italian way, but I would not advertise this).
