L’emplacement et la qualité du personnel (souriant et accueillant). L’hôtel est super propre
J’ai eu froid dans la chambre les deux nuits malgré avoir augmenté le chauffage. Il y a un radiateur d’appoint mais la prise de courant ne fonctionnait pas. Isolation phonique catastrophique, on dors dehors en fait. Pas de sèche cheveux. On voulait raccourcir le séjour. Impossible selon la direction de l’hôtel car passé par booking.
