Clean and has excellent views.
Not really designed for multiple families. Felt too small and cramped for 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children.

The chalet itself, views of the lake and overall location fantastic. Brilliant in the winter, would love to see it in the summer too.
Someone greeting at the appartment with the keys, rather than trying to find the office would have been appreciated, as would a small welcome pack, milk, water, etc. A small criticism, only one hair drier for the whole chalet. Be prepared for a very steep climb up to the chalet, taxi's refused to go up the road as too much snow and ice.

The location was fantastic the views were unbelievable
There were a few problems, the kitchen was supposed to be equipped for Max 12 people.. There wasn't enough bowls..misding utensils, broken blender .. One of the beds was broken making a very uncomfortable sleep (this was rectified ) Also I can only advise to take any photos on arrival of anything broken as when we left we had €132 taken from our deposit for a broken cupboard (we had a photo to prove it was already broken ) We asked if we could have compensation, the property refused, However booking.com help out with a credit, to compensate our bad experience!
