This elegant villa is located in Gardone Riviera and can accommodate up to 15 people. It boasts a perfect location, just a few steps from the historic centre.
Ground floor of 220sqm, entrance hall, living room, 65' OLED Smart TV, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (3 places) - all bedrooms are equipped with 48' Smart TV OLED - and a 160m2 terrace
First floor of 155sqm, (entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 49' Smart TV, utility room, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2) and a 40sqm terrace)
The terraces enjoy a splendid lake view and are equipped with sun loungers, outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas.
Furthermore, on the larger terrace there is a very comfortable laundry room consisting of a washing machine, a dryer and a tub for hand washing, a gas barbecue and a shower to be able to cool off on the hottest days.

We have rented many homes for our international and domestic trips, and this is by far the best. The house itself is outstanding. There are potentially two apartments in this house. We rented the entire house. The house has obviously been renovated not too long ago. It is very modern and well equipped. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had. All bedrooms on the ground floor have their own bathroom. The baths on the upper floor share a bathroom. All the windows have electronic outside shades that completely darken the rooms which is nice since the bedrooms have large windows or doors to outside decks. The views from inside the waterside rooms and decks are amazing. The large outside patio has lots of seating, a very large Webber Grill and a separate large building with the washer and dryer. The location is excellent. Nearby (across the street), walking distance, is a small public beach, waterside restaurant with excellent food. The area is a very upscale area of the lake and centrally located. The host (Andrea) is very accommodating and great to deal with. He goes above and beyond for his renters. He responds to any question quickly. He is very proud of his property. We had our 80th birthday and he even supplied a fabulous cake for the occasion, almost too beautiful to eat. But, we did eat it and it was amazingly delicious.We can not praise the property and Andrea enough. BEST VRBO EVER. Thank you Andrea.

We were two families, a total of 14 people aged 17 to 55. It was no problem to find room for everyone in the beautiful house. Functional and modern solutions in the house. Beautiful both inside the house and outside. Short way to the beach. Nice and helpful host, who responds immediately. We booked transport from the airport via our host. It was a good solution. Had a super holiday in a lovely house.

We came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here with 8 people. It comfortably fit all of us and was both spacious and clean. Andrea the host was very accommodating and even left us some welcome snacks. The property was in great condition and the view of the lake and the island were terrific. We loved our stay here and if we ever returned to lake garda we would definitely stay again.

We checked in Villa Elvira to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the most important thing for her is the level of cleaning. Well... she was amazed by how kept and neat the villa was :)Andrea, our lovely host, welcomed us with pastries, cheese, prosciutto and refrigerated pineapple and delicious prosecco. What a great kickoff for a family vacation! The villa is well equipped so there’s no need to bring anything from home, including a baby crib and a highchair. Andrea also provided other useful information and recommendations throughout our stay and was available to answer every question at any time. The villa, overlooking the lake, is perfectly located if you wish to travel around lake Garda. We were traveling with small children and came back to the villa at the end of each day. It’s very accessible and also has a huge (!) garage. Overall, we had an amazing time and hopefully we’ll be back there soon :)
