Perfect holiday
The staff/reception is always very kind helpful and available.
The dinning room tidy and clean lot of fresh and delicious foods/sides/cakes everyday.
The room was quet clean and the bed is very comfy.Fresh towels everyday and the room has been cleaned everyday as well.
The wifi fast and available all around the hotel,at the swimmingpool at the room etc.
Everything is available what you need at the GYM the sauna is amazing.
Fresh pool towels everyday.
Free suttle bus to sugar beach
Small shop and barber inside the hotel.
The sea is 300m few minute walk from the hotel
Lot of shops bars all around.
Very friendly lovely peoples from the taxi driver thorough staff/shefs/diningroom workers.

Nice location, clean and fairly small. Didn’t feel you was on top of everyone around the pool and a nice grass area to sit on your sunbed.
Room was a nice size and cleaned daily with fresh sheets.
Drinks were decent and the quality of food was nice although a little more variation would be good.
On arrival it was raining and our room was below standard, so much so it was in the staff office area. This wasn’t mentioned to us and believe if we had not mentioned it to reception they would have expected us to stay there.
They did however change our room the following morning and can’t fault how smooth and quickly this process happened.
With breakfast they could go with an additional coffee machine as this was always busy.
In the evening it would be a nice touch if there was waiting staff taking your drinks order.

There's nothing to complain about with the food, that was something that saved the experience (everything is always fresh tasteful and new dishes almost everyday). The location is good I suppose. Also some workers really try to help (in the restaurant, on the front desk)
I don’t know how you can loose something in the hotel unless that was taken by someone (two things were lost from the drying rack in two different rooms and disappeared no matter how many times we tried to ask to help and find them) so if you’re scared to loose things, beware, no one will help. The superior rooms don’t have better noise cancelling (walls and doors are weak and thin), so you will hear the parties and other guests no matter where you stay. WiFi is only in “public” areas, so if your room is far away from those, no internet connection for you (how is that even possible in 2025?!). Some other workers on the other hand are either not interested and just say it’s impossible to do something, or are just tired of people and work.
