The location was great, with mountain and sea views, and less than ten minutes' walk from shops and the sea front. There was a reasonable range of food at all meals, although some more hot vegetarian dishes would have been welcomed. All the staff were efficient and friendly. The Animation team put on a spectacular acrobatic display the evening we stayed - the highlight of the day.
The spa area was spacious and well set out, but towels were apparently not available to those only using the sauna, and the steam room was out of order. There was an unpleasant smell when we first entered our bedroom, but we cleared it by leaving the balcony door open for a while. Some of the corridor areas leading to upstairs rooms were cluttered.

Мы бронировали номер с одной кроватью, при заселение, которое мы ждали дольше обычного, получили номер Twin. Попросили поменять, началось шоу со сдвиганием кроватей, натягиванием наматрасника который был меньше по размеру, потом притащили какой то матрац и мы получили очень маленькую двухспальную кровать уже к вечеру.
