Sicuramente la posizione per chi come noi che ci piace girare per borghi e visitare luoghi di interesse e molto centrale dal parco dell'Uccellina, Orbetello, Pitigliano,Roselle, Grosseto, Castiglione della pescaia,ecc
La camera è spaziosa il letto è comodo la gentilezza della proprietaria e cosa non da poco il prezzo è basso

Nice accomodation. Very clean. Friedly hosts tjhat are living on the first floor. Breackfast is a bit special as you get coockies s and homemade cake.
Washine machine is 5 euro for a small wash. Pool is closing in the evening.There is not much coocking material.

The surrounding nature, the silence and the cats. If you don't have problems driving, it can be right, in terms of cost benefit. But the apartment needs to improve the kitchen accessories mainly.
It's a tired place, lacking many things in the kitchen. In our case, when we arrived at night, there wasn't even toilet paper, it was very inconvenient. Far from everything and in a sunny area with little vegetation. The house equipped with basic things but without comfort, poor lights in the rooms, no television.
