It was nice, clean, with a separate bathroom and shower.

Location is great. It is at the outskirts of Brussels. No need to going inside the city. Metro station is about 30 minites of walk. The place has own parking spot wich is very helpful. Room is nice, quite big.
unfortunately the soundproofing is poor. Because the place is together with sport centre, you can hear a lot of noise from the sport hall. And some days people are making noises until 21:30 p.m.
Little fridge in the room would be nice as well

The accommodation is part of a large sports complex with free on-site parking. Access to the building is controlled by key card, and an elevator is available. The breakfast area is located in the sports hall, connected to the residential section by an above-ground tunnel.
The room itself was clean but very simply furnished, similar to a youth hostel.
Public transport connections to the city are possible either by bus (stop directly in front of the building, with one transfer required) or by metro, about 1.1 km away.
Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, but reasonably priced at €8.
Unfortunately, the entire building had a strong sewage smell, which also affected the tap water — it tasted unpleasant and was not suitable for drinking.
