Nestled at the edge of a quiet forest in Baillamont, this charming 1-bedroom cottage is perfect for a small family or couple seeking peace and nature. With a balcony overlooking scenic views, it’s the ideal spot for a tranquil brunch or a quiet evening with a book.
Nature lovers will enjoy the forest just 100 m away, while the town center and grocery stores are only 5 km from the property. A lake lies 15 km away, and local restaurants are just a short drive, offering both convenience and seclusion in one serene package.
The cottage features a woodstove, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace, and a lush garden (not fenced). A barbecue is available for outdoor meals, and parking is provided. Up to 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee. A cozy retreat surrounded by nature.
The measurements of the bed is 1.60x 1.90/2.00 m since the guests must bring their own bed linen.
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Emplacement, équipement, gîte : superbe !
Malheureusement, les frais relatifs aux charges ne sont pas justifiés. Au moment du départ, relevé des compteurs pour paye les charges (comme annoncé lors de la réservation), sauf que ces compteurs ne sont pas relevés à notre arrivée. Résultat : nous payons 50 euros de charge (eau, électricité, gaz et chauffage (bois) ) sans que ce soit justifié. Je précise que nous n'avons occupé le gite que le matin et le soir. Nous partions les journées complètes et les radiateurs étaient fermés !
J'ai fait part de mes remarques à la propriétaire qui m'a répondu : "C'est la première fois que l'on me fait une remarque ! ".
