Monteverde The Property is located in the Biosphere Reserve Sierra de las Nieves, where the district of the same name fits, it is a beautiful mountainous territory located in the heart of the province of Malaga, an outdoor pool and enclosed porch. The Property Monteverde rustic décor with oak furniture. Equipped with TV, satellite with Spanish, French, English satellite channels. The fields in the area are perfect for hiking and 4x4 etc. The center of the town of Ojen is only 500 meters and 9 km from Marbella and its beaches. The villa is at the very top of the village on a very steep hill! This was my very first time driving abroad and the drive up to the villa scared the life out of me, the roads are narrow and very steep. But it was definitely worth the drive. The villa is perfect it’s well equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra bed in the sitting room. It has everything we needed for cooking with a well equipped kitchen and a bbq outside. The pool area is lovely- only down side is there is not much sun in the morning but great for lazy afternoons and the mountain view is idyllic. It’s also incredibly quiet and peaceful.
Ojen is a really pretty town with a few bars and restaurants serving drinks and tapas. You can walk to the town square but be prepared for the walk back up the hill!! We drove to Marbella to the supermarket but there are also a couple of convenience stores in ojen.
Juan was a great host with great communication and quickly offering help when needed. The villa was clean and clean bedding and towels mid week was lovely.

We had a fantastic week’s holiday in Ojen and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and it’s pool. The apartment had a great view and everything we needed. Ojen had a lot of nice tapas bars in the village square. We look forward to visiting again one day.

We enjoyed our time here. Nice apartment, beautiful view. We used the pool every day. Juan was really helpful and always replied to our messages, solved the problem with internet. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

We stayed for 5 days at Juans place in Spain. This apartment was perfectly set up - clean, all the amenities you need and a beautiful view. Juan was there to greet us when we arrived and was very helpful when we had some questions. The pool and outdoor area were wonderful - we spent many hours relaxing and playing in the pool. Ojen is a pretty little town just 15 minutes away from Marbella. We had an amazing visit. Thank you Juan.
