This elegant apartment in Nueva Andalucía is located on the second floor. Thoughtfully decorated to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, the flat can accommodate up to 4 guests.



> Living & Dining Room: A cozy space with a round table and chairs for 4 guests. It features a two-seater sofa and two armchairs facing a Smart TV. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy beautiful views of the garden and mountains.

> Kitchen: A spacious area equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a home-cooked meal. There’s plenty of storage space in the cupboards. The kitchen also opens onto a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture: a table and chairs for 4 people.

> Master Bedroom: Furnished with a 160x200cm bed placed beside a window that fills the room with natural light and provides access to a terrace with two sun loungers. It includes two bedside tables and a wardrobe to unpack and make yourself feel at home.

> Secondary Bedroom: This room features a comfortable 180x200cm bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a large mirror. It also has direct access to a private terrace with stunning mountain views.

>Terrace: Each bedroom has its own small terrace, and the living-dining area offers another one with lovely views and outdoor furniture — perfect for enjoying a meal, some sunshine, or simply relaxing.

> Bathrooms: The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms. One features a corner shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror. The second bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, toilet, bidet, and double vanity with a large mirror and storage space. There's also a guest toilet with a sink and mirror.

You’ll also have access to a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.



The condominium offers additional amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay, including a swimming pool (open during certain months — usually May to October, we recommend checking availability before booking), a gym, spacious garden, and underground parking.



*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.



*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.



*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.



*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.



*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.



* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
