Host Jeremiah was incredible. So lovely and helpful, will definitely return because of how amiable he is - thoughtful customer service is more important to me than anything else. The rooms were clean, spacious and the apartment was in a prime location.

The listing felt misleading. The apartment did not match the photos in the listing. The property advertises several “luxury apartments,” and most of the photos appear to be from other units. Only the living room photo seemed to correspond to the apartment we stayed in, which made the listing feel very misleading.
We requested three beds. While three were technically provided, one of them was a bed placed in the entryway. We didn’t end up using this one, as it lacks privacy and is under a skylight, making it very bright when the sun comes up.
There were also some practical issues during our stay. The hot water was very limited; on the first day only one person was able to take a short shower before the hot water ran out. The host did come to look at it when we requested it, but we ended up limiting our showers afterward to avoid the problem. The bathroom also had a noticeable sewage smell at times, which suggested there may be an issue with the plumbing or ventilation.
The kitchen was advertised as equipped and did serve its purpose, as we did cook some meals, but some basic items like a cutting board and oven mitts were missing.
On the positive side, the location is excellent and very close to many major attractions. The washer, dishwasher, and other appliances were also useful.
Overall, the apartment served its basic purpose, but the listing should represent the actual unit more accurately so guests know what to expect.
