Situated a 3 minute stroll from Portobello Road and its famous street market, the property is a beautiful, top floor 1 bedroom flat in the heart of London’s trendy Notting Hill. Recently refurbished to the highest standards, the space is well proportioned at nearly 600 sq. feet.
The space is great for 4 people to sleep with ease and is perfect for a family with children.
The living area and has a large ‘Roma’ sofa bed that opens and closes in one easy movement, and offers a proper deep sprung double mattress for a great nights sleep!
Modern dining table and leather chairs can fit 6 in comfort
A fully equipped open plan kitchen, features a black granite work top. It has up to date, high end appliances including a Zanussi dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, microwave, Zanussi grill/oven and a Zanussi induction hob.
The bedroom is of a good size with a very comfortable king size bed, spacious built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.
There are 2 modern, well equipped bathrooms. The ensuite features a bath and shower, WC hand basin and vanity unit. The shower room features a shower, WC, hand basin and vanity unit.
The flooring is part ceramic flooring with a wood finish, and part luxurious grey carpet.
Central heating is provided throughout with each radiator having an individual thermostatic control.

Notting Hill was immortalised in the film of the same name starring Hugh Grant. A trendy, bohemian part of west central London, it features handsome Georgian and Victorian stucco buildings and large garden squares.
Portobello Road and its famous market are a short stroll away, and the area is host to a multitude of shops, bars, cafes, cinemas and restaurants of individual character.
Many of London’s most acclaimed restaurants are in Notting Hill. Try places like The Ledbury, The Hereford or E&O but you will need to book! There are also lots of great individual restaurants and bars.
TRANSPORT LINKS
The flat has great transport links and 4 nearby tube stations - Westbourne Park a 4 minute walk and Ladbroke Grove an 7 minute walk, plus Notting Hill and Royal Oak which are about a 10 minute walk away. With multiple bus routes close by its easy to get around London.
It’s very easy to reach from Heathrow Airport. The Heathrow Express train to Paddington station takes 15 minutes, and from Paddington it’s a 5 minute cab ride.

Excellent choice. Near the tube, quiet street, but close to everything. Very comfortable and many amenities. Felt like home for the week I was there. Close to many quality restaurants and some small local groceries. The host, David, was incredibly attentive and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment must have just been renovated as it is beautiful. I wish my own house was as nice. Ample room for 2 couples with 2 very nice bathrooms and just the perfect place to use as a base to explore Notting Hill and further afield. Very comfortable bed, nice linens and extremely clean, I can highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
