Nice and very quiet location, perfect if you want to avoid crowds and noise around. Nice walk to the beach, through the pine forest. Warm water, a lot of sea wildlife and Pad is near so water is not crystal clear. Beach is OK, free sections available. Overall very good for the money.
Couch was not clean and smelled dog, however, it was immediately and properly addressed. Very hot, in particular between 5 and 8 pm (AC available tough) and some mosquitos as well.

Apartment got everything you need, clean bed, nice bathroom. Kitchen is good equiped, you can cook there. The location of the building is great. In shady area with trees all day shadow on the apartment so you can relax in hot days, you do not need air condition when its wind. It's really quiet area not many tourist so you can enjoy silence. Sea is close 4 minutes walk to the beach, water is shallow so kids can swim safety. Nearby is local shop with bar, cheap and good food called LA SOSTA. You can buy ther everything you need and in the evening you can eat (cheap prices). Close to Commachio, Choggia (you can go from there to venice by water tramp, daily ticket in 2019 was 20 euro)
Only one thing i was missing was mokka to make coffe.
