Il complesso ha un potenziale enorme: ampio parco e strutture in pietra storicamente rilevanti. Alcuni arredi sono del tempo. Atmosfera ottima per il relax. Posizione ottima.
Nell'appartamento 'Il Pozzo' alcuni servizi sono scarsi in cura e manutenzione. La pulizia degli ambienti e lo stato dei bagni, dei wc soprattutto, andrebbe rivista. Materassi e cuscini troppo rigidi, almeno per noi.
