The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and the area is peaceful and quiet. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.
I didn't think the pillows were very good and the water pressure coming from the shower wasn't great. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

The service in the restaurant and bar is variable at best. I stopped here on the 24th november and the restaurant manageress was one of the least helpful people I have experienced in a hotel. I then stopped here again 27th November, a completely different set of people and very good service.

Upon arrival, there appeared to be a trade fair taking place, with parking spaces occupied by delivery vans and company cars, requiring us to drive around several times before finding a vacant parking space. According to the hotel management, hotel guests do not seem to need a parking space. We were two hours early, at 3 p.m., and check-in is possible from 5 p.m. No suggestion was made to check in a little earlier. Looking down the corridor where the room was, there was no cleaning crew to be seen at 3.15 p.m. Ordered a coffee and a black tea, was given a green tea, and so it went on. We studied the menu on the website and translated it so that we could understand what it meant (the menu is only in French), then made a table reservation, at which point we were told that there had been a new menu for two days, but it wasn't online yet... Customer service and clarity are clearly not a priority there. Two starters, delicious; two main courses, tough chicken; my side dish was changed without consultation or information. Not a pleasant experience when three people come over to tell you, ask you, and tell you that it's okay. It started to feel like bullying. Upon departure, we were mistakenly charged twice for breakfast.
The room was good and comfortable, but there wasn't enough shower water (it quickly became cold).
