The management and staff extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated early check in because the manager saw I am a woman alone with three children. They had to find us an alternative room since the one allocated to us still was occupied by pervious guest.
The apartment are immaculately clean and I have to say I have never been in any other hotel apartment with such a complete set of kitchen equipment and dishes with great quality. There was everything needed available.
Swimming pool was nice temperature and very clean but on good days was too busy with loads of loud kids.
It would be good if they could offer clean towels, additional toilet rolls and other hygiene products such and shampoos and body wash every couple of days.

We got a premium one bedroom which included one double bed w bathroom, one room with two single and one room with bunk beds. The unit itself is clean and well equipped. Convenient bathroom off bedroom with bunkbeds. The location is great. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Bakery, butcher and restaurants nearby. Short drive to grocery store. Very central location to drive to small towns nearby i.e. Boulogne Sur mer, Le Touquet and Berck etc.
Patio needs to be cleaned up. There was litter and lots of weeds.
While the other bathroom is a standup shower, the bathroom in the double room had only a hand held shower head that didn't have a higher fixture to allow you to stand to shower.
Rooms are tight so you absolutely need the room with bunk beds to store luggage. If you have more than 4 this size apartment may be tight.

Entry codes were sent less than an hour before arriving at the time we specified (7pm-8pm) but we did not see them as there was no public wifi. There was no-one at reception and to bell or notice. We eventually entered when a woman made some calls for us and we were able to read the entry codes. Hoowever the codes did not work and we had to call for help again and received an alternative code for the apartment entry. We finally settled in one and a half hours after arriving after a long journey. Not acceptable! Over the 3 nights we were there it was sometimes impossible to enter the building with the code and other guests had to help. Other people had this problem too. Then the list was out of action. Not a good experience and we will not return which is a pity as the apartment was excellent.
Basic communication needs to improve and easy access is essential - we avoided going out in the evening because we were worried about getting back in!
