- As someone who has been visiting this hotel since I was 5 years old, I am 27 now, and I gotta say this place, the pools and beach hold a special place in my heart.
- I love the new rooms, clean and comfortable as always.
- Has one of the best pool setup in a hotel in Cyprus
- Literally next to one of the most famous beach in Cyprus, it's connected to it.
- My biggest issue during our stay was the marathon event for autism that was going on and the unexpected amount of visitors from one day to the other, even the president of Cyprus came. We initially parked normally the first day and on the second day we wanted to take our car and go somewhere to eat, the parking was already full with visitors of the event. We asked the reception and he told us don't worry when you come back you will find a parking spot but as expected that was a lie, we couldn't find anywhere to park the car after returning, so we had to leave my car on an empty land the whole night with fear of it being unprotected etc. my main point is that, as a 5 star hotel you should always be able to find a parking spot if you are staying there. Don't get me started on the noise from the event that started from 5:30AM, we literally couldn't sleep well.
- Breakfast was good with a lot of variance but it could've been better taste wise.
- It's amazing that there is an indoor pool for winter visitors, however the indoor pool area needs a serious renovation to become modern etc as it's currently stuck in 2005 and it doesn't match the rest of the hotel, there was also a spot from the roof leaking drops of moisture in the pool.

All eggs selection at amazing breakfast buffet are poor. high volume, low quiality.
A shame AC not on at this time of year. Required sleeping with door open and unfrotunately early monring noise disturbed sleep at 7:00am daily. Most frustrating was the run around by staff on the reason AC was not working.

Very good location with everything around it or walking distance, various swimming pools but also beachfront.
Felt like it was extremely crowded, people rushing in every direction at breakfast cutting in line as if you are going to steal their food 🤪, some of the staff where very kind and polite and some of them very rude ( I asked a chef for an omelette and she pointed to the omelette bar as if don’t bother me with this 😩). In the room (family of 4) I used the small bottle shampoo one night and instead of getting a replacement they closed up the bottle I used (which only had 1/3 in it) and put it back on 😂 I mean I am all for reducing waste but come on!! If you can’t provide reduce to a 3 star and let us bring our own products! It was all and all the small details which in my opinion make a 5 star what it is and it felt like mass production. It is not a bad hotel overall just I expected a lot more since my experience with other 5 star hotels was different.
