There was a lovely, old-world exclusivity in this hotel. We liked the secure parking and the comfort of the beds. The restaurant was very good. The pool and saunas were good quality and the wellness area had loads of chill-out areas for reading and relaxing, and even having a mock- or cocktail..
The rooms were laid out in a nonsensical way, and even with a staff member taking us to our rooms initially, they were hard to find again. Signing of the rooms was confusing, as one whole section of the 200 series was not posted on many room indicator signs. Our friend got lost in her pool bathrobe for almost 15 minutes. We could not open the window in our room. Additionally, there was no coffee/tea maker.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we could wish for. Very attentive employees. Lovely spa with lots of nice rest spots and a super calming salt room. The breakfast was probably the biggest highlight - the food was delicious and so was the coffee (made from a proper espresso machine).

The spa area was really nice, especially the Sauna area was modern and cosy. The room was spacious and nicely furnished.
Value for money at the Erbprinz is really bad. It is a decent and nice hotel but overall experience and especially the design, food and service consistency doesn’t equal a 5 star hotel. Hence prices at the hotel are WAY too overpriced and not justified. For the prices at the restaurant, spa area, breakfast it really requires more “luxury” and best in class service than what the Erbprinz offers. As said it is a nice and really decent hotel but that at that overpriced level.
