Central location, breakfast was good (but not great), room was clean but a bit old. The hotel definitely has it's unique spirit, and everything is fair and according to the price.
The hotel needs a renovation, though it's not critical for now

Great hotel near centre of the city. Handy underground parking (probably not suitable for wide cars).
Lovely variety of classic decor around the hotel including a nice outdoor area and various breakfast rooms.
Room was large and comfy. Great huge TV. Sparkling water in room. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of items.
There were none of the usual instructions in the room; but we didn't comment on this.
We found an open wifi called 'LAN1' but it was slow and probably insecure so we just used 5G.
We received several annoying dodgy direct emails from the hotel before and after the booking, asking us to click a link to use their app and fill in some forms. We ignored all these and had no problem checking in anyway.
