Location is excellent . Clean with all the necessary amenities
Street noise day and night was bad. The metro station is under the property so you hear trains coming every 10 min
Mouse trap under the sink is a little off putting
Absence of reception staff is a problem even though communication via their site is effective as long as you are not in a hurry

The location couldn't be beat, really ideal. Very spacious and clean. Arrival instructions were clear and person on the phone was accessible when I needed to collect my bag after checkout.
The WiFi often didn't work in the bedroom. The coffee machine only worked once. If it had worked, more than 2 pods should be provided for a 5-night stay. Felt a bit dated in the flat.

Great location and spacious room, almost like a suite. Probably the best, spacious 4 star hotel during our europe trip.
This hotel doesn’t have a front desk, you need to do self check in with passcode and contact them if any issue. We are very lucky we had no issue, however we could imagine how inconvenience it is when we need to contact someone as the reply usually is not instant. Because there is no front desk and there is no room service to change towels or make bed for you, so i don’t think this could rank as a 4 star hotel. The bed was very firm, and the location was near main street so it was pretty noisy, couldn’t sleep very well.Also one very important thing is that, this is the only hotel that has leaked my personal information , i had scammers contacting me through Watsapp and ask me to pay. They had my full name and check in- check out date . Had no issue with all other hotel during our Europe Trip. So this is concerning.
