The hotel is in the best possible location for access to the park. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really incredible water pressure.
The hotel itself is a bit run down and in need of maitenance and upgrades. The carpets are worn in many locations and the bathroom tile is very dated and ugly. Breakfast is a disaster with unapetizing options.

The location is perfect. The gym facilities were good. Breakfast was good.
The photos of the room on the booking.com did not match up with the room that we got. The room was much smaller than what we were expecting!
The indoor pool was awful, as it was small and always full whenever we went down to use it. There were lots of screaming kids, the noise from which is amplified by the room design.
The walls of the room are not soundproof, and so the noise from guests in the hallway and neighbouring rooms can be heard throughout the night.
