Beautiful hotel but not as clean the room and modern for a 4* like it should
Cleanliness of room and works being done everywhere in hallways wasn’t ideal but wish I would stayed there after remodel

Nice breakfast although at E20 quite expensive. Friendly receptionists.
No kettle in room. Double bed ok but I kept sinking into the where the two beds met.

The design, the size of the bed, and the size of the room.
The room was very Dusty and dirty. The creamers for the coffee were opened and only one sealed. Only 2 packs of tea. But the main concern was the dust in the room. Because the bathroom door couldn't close, the cold air entered and it was a little uncomfortable.
