Free shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. Friendly staff, especially Endang, the girl who attended us the day we arrived, she made us feel really welcome. Our room was located in a nice, Sweet Eisle, quiet place. Our stay as a family with the our child was great.

Excellent location for airport.
A bit confusing about prices for parking longer term. Seems like depending how you book the room makes a difference on the parking charge.

Room was OK but a little bit difficult to find. Had to go back to reception for new instructions.
The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The shower was great
There was a lot of noise and talking in the corridor at 4 oçlock in the morning .
There was a notably noise of airplanes early in the morning.
The breakfast was not great. The coffee was disgusting.
