Excellent location, spacious and sunny flat. Brand new bathroom and toilet, very clean.

Confortable, belle vue sur la mer, bien situé et propre.

Manque d’équipement dans la salle de bain, cuisine. L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour. 5eme étage avec les valises pas terrible. Le train passe juste en dessous de la fenêtre. Donc pas mal de bruit dans l’appartement même les fenêtres fermées en tte le train et la route très passante coté mer.

The Location and the balcony this time of the year were amazing. The Kitchen was well equipped.

Toilet arrangement was slightly nonfunctional.

The location - great view over the Mediterranean. Plenty of space.

Both the unit and the building are sorely in need of TLC. The apartment does not seem to have seen a coat of paint in decades. This is particularly obvious on the baseboards which are peeling. The shower head was hung at shoulder level, making it very uncomfortable to use. The shower curtain is overdue for replacing. Several lightbulbs were either dead or missing. The apartment had, evidently, not been swept thoroughly. Every time we stepped out of the shower, we ended up with sand on our feet. When we arrived, the gate to the parking area would not open. The elevator is tiny, It has an official capacity of two people but if you are bringing luggage, make that one person. On the second day, the elevator door would not open on the fifth floor. We had to walk down the fourth and call the elevator again.
