This apartament is gorgeous, definitely luxury and very well decorated. The layout was also great, three spacious rooms, and enough space for sofa sleeping etc. I liked the kitchen/dining area, its well layed out and offers good socialising space. The rooftop terrace is not exactly as advertised but it was still big enough and offered good space. The location was also very good, right in the old Cannes, next to nice restaurants. Do note, the way up is steep so bare in mind if struggling to walk. The host was good, replied fairly quickly and offered as much help as he could to my queries.

So this part is why I wouldnt stay at this apartament again even though its a good offering. You have to pay a deposit of €600 via paypal, which means that to get it back it needs to be manually refunded by the host. In theory this is fine, however they treat it like some sort of blackmail. Why? Cleaning is included in the rental price, but on arrival you are told that you need to pretty much clean the whole place yourself or lose half of the deposit. You need to strip the beds, collect the bedding, towels etc. Take all the bins out, including bathrooms. You cant even leave any clean dishes in the dishwasher. You then need to dispose of all the bin bags, it would be fine, if the big bins were close. However the bins were pretty much on the main road, around 5 mins walk- not your ideal scenario for a holiday. I will never understand why do they employ a cleaner then? Or perhaps they dont? I wouldnt stay there again because when i go on holiday i like to rest and enjoy, and not be the cleaner of the apartament that I paid money to stay in. There are a lot of great places in Cannes that you would not have to do that.

Vi var två familjer med barn som bodde på denna pärla mitt i hjärtat av Cannes. Vi var nära till allt och bilen blev kvar i garaget som också var nära boendet. Förutom den perfekta läget så var själva lägenheten väldigt fräsch och fin. Värden Remy var också väldigt hjälpsam och tillgänglig. Vår vistelse i lägenheten var så bra att vi till och med rekommenderade lägenheten till en familj som vi randomly blev vänner med på stranden som också blev kära i boendet och ville boka den till deras nästa resa i Cannes :) Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka hit igen och jag rekommenderar att man toppar sin vistelse i Cannes i denna pärla!
