Sea Front, 2 Bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 Full bathrooms, 90 sq m (990 sq ft), Ground floor apartment in an elegant 1930`s building. Fully Air Conditioned, free Wi-Fi & parking. Facing the sea, 1km to Palais.
The bedrooms can each be made up with either one double bed or two single beds; the living room has a very good quality fold-out couch bed (a double). We can provide a baby cot & high chair if required.
Excellent decorative order with all modern conveniences (Cable TV, DVD, Stereo CD, High-speed Fibre WiFi internet access).
Large Terrace with full Sea Views, ideal for eating/sunbathing. Terrace table, 6 chairs & 2 sun-loungers.
2 bathrooms - one ensuite, both fully renovated recently; each has a shower, wash-hand basin & WC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cannes. Location was perfect. Swam every day! Just in front of the apartment. Everything you need was there. Property manager was very helpful and available. Great time with family. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to all we needed.

The owner and property manager are both lovely. The entire process was easy and seamless and professional. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Would stay again !!!

The unit has a bit of clutter and some aged furniture. There were some small ants in the kitchen. The unit faces the ocean with a busy street between the unit and the ocean as depicted on the site. With the patio doors open it can be a bit noisy, but at night with the doors closed and the roll-up metal security doors closed it is quiet. The rail line runs about two or three blocks behind the unit, but noise was not a problem. It is a ground floor apartment and when you leave it is necessary to close the metal security doors that protect the windows. The view of the ocean from the patio is fantastic. The apartment is about eight or ten blocks from the marina area and downtown. The apartment could have been cleaner.
