Der Standort war toll und alles gut zu fuss erreichbar.
Abzug in der Bewertung gibts, da nicht alle Zusatzkosten bei der Agentur (kosten Hund) aufgeführt waren.
Ebenfalls war das Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber.
Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt und wir konnten es geniessen.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene (kein Paar) und 2 Kinder. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich klein. Da man aber die meiste Zeit draussen ist, ist das OK. Für mich mit Krücken war es ein wenig beschwerlich um's Haus zu gehen, um zum Pool und Strand zu gelangen. Es gibt Treppen und unebene Platten auf dem schmalen Weg. Aber vom Esstisch aus kann man direkt auf das Meer sehen und die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Am Abend ist es rasch sehr ruhig im Haus und auch von aussen hört man nichts störendes.
Ein Minuspunkt waren die Mücken, die in Scharen auf dem Sitzplatz lauerten, da es unter den Bodenplatten Wasser gab. Der perfekte Brutplatz! Wir konnten den Sitzplatz leider nicht benutzen. Die Wohnung war einigermassen sauber, aber der Filter des Geschirrspülers war schmutzig und teils Geschirr leider auch. Der Hauswart war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war auch immer ansprechbar.

Bon accueil à l’arrivée avec un gardien sympathique.
L’appartement est bien conçu et très confortable, nous étions que 2 personnes. Il est également très bien situé à 30 mn à pied du centre de Cannes en passant par le bord de mer et à 200 mètres de la gare et de la plage
La terrasse de l’appartement borde la piscine qui est bien mais sans possibilité d’y rester après le bain. Elle est sous les fenêtres de l’immeuble et les abords sont étroits. Le parking en sous sol est pratique mais réservé à une voiture de petit gabarit et il faut être bon en conduite dans les manœuvres pour y accéder. Globalement cette location constitue une excellente prestation qui donne envie d’y revenir
