Il giorno del check out la mattina non c’era acqua per lavarsi la faccia o doccia e quando abbiamo chiesto un rimborso per questo problema non sono riusciti a rimborsare nulla però ci hanno lasciato la stanza finché non hanno risolto il problema del acqua

Great location for the nearby lakes and snow walks during winter when we stayed, but thats about it. Breakfast buffet the next morning was fine, with basics to get you started. Free parking decent with plenty of space. Wifi was alright overall. Hotel didn't seemed sold out on our night, so it was quite peaceful with only a handful of other guests. Dinner at the restaurant was alright though I wouldn't say it's anything special (bit tasteless but huge portions).
The room we were in needs a bit of attention, for example the bathroom was clean but since it was so old it was quite yellow and no decent bright white light to actually see yourself. We had one of the older double rooms with a 'view' - which was actually the smallest roof style window with a view of the mountain on the other side. If you are short, you won't see anything except if you stand on a chair leaning up and out, so not sure it counts as a room with a view.
When at the bar, don't order the mulled wine - not sure what they did to it. We think it was just a simple liquor added with hot water, but it was so strong that we didn't finish.
As an extra mention to the breakfast, we didn't know as we never saw a staff member until we were finished 20-30mins later, but apparently you could order something warm from the kitchen. So this would have been better if explained when we arrived at the breakfast area or at least have something on the tables explaining this.
Lastly, but maybe most importantly, the reception area seemed to have everyones ID/passports kept just behind the desk where the room keys are kept, in full show of everyone, as a deposit. However the desk was often with no staff, so anyone could have come and taken your ID/passport from the area. From our understanding its actually illegal for them to hold this as a deposit, and we personally did NOT allow them to keep ours there overnight.
Overall expected better. For such a beautiful location in the mountains, this place has the potential.
