La situation du gîte par rapport aux sites à decouvrir
L accueil et la disponibilité de Erika qui nous a bien dépanné pour le poêle et conseillé pour les sites à découvrir et services à proximité
La proximité de la route très passante devant le gîte
La mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique du gîte
Le manque d equipement particulièrement de la cuisine : peu de vaisselle, pas de micro onde , peu de place , mobilier vieux et bancale , salle de bain très humide peinture écaillée au plafond, pas d aération
Ce gîte demande à être rafraîchi et modernisé

Gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft.
Schlecht ausgestattet, alte Möbel. Kochfeld mit großer Kochzone ist fehlerhaft, man sieht nicht, welche Stufe ist eingestellt, die Anzeige ist kaputt. Eine Couch und beide Sessel sind fast unbrauchbar. Duschkabine ist sehr klein, im Erdgeschoss ohne Vorhang, der Duschkopf mit Klebeband befestigt. Bodenleisten sind zum Teil kaputt, allgemeine technische Zustand ist schlecht.

20 minutes on foot to a beautiful lake (Lago di Braies),
comfy beds, I slept like a little baby,
everything looks better live than in the pictures,
quiet and peaceful neighborhood,
very good contact with the host.
