Everything was really nice. Very comfortable studio and a great host. Definitely would stay again if I stop by Sibenik. The studio is a small room inside a large yard/garden along with another building. So you can park in the common garden area (I had my motorbike.) Location was amazing just in the street under the local market and 6-7 minutes away from old town by walk. Studio has everything you would need and a very friendly host that you can chat with. It was clean overall.
Drainage was a bit slow when having a shower or using the sink.

We mochten onze bagage al vroeg brengen zodat we vrij Sibenik in konden gaan. Werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, na een praatje te hebben gemaakt opstap gegaan. Lekker dichtbij de markt en het oude centrum. Ook bij terugkomst en de volgende dag nog gesproken met de eigenaar. Een erg lieve man. De accommodatie was prima, mochten we nog eens naar Sibenik gaan of op doorreis dan gaan we zeker weer naar dit adres.
Geen dingen gehad die ons tegenvielen.

The apartment did pretty much have everything you need and the location is really good. Mile is a nice host even though we did have a little bit of a language barrier because his English is not that good. But he was a kind person.
The best thing about this apartment is the location and that it does have private parking; and the price was reasonable.
The check-in process did not go so good even though I communicated with the host and asked for some detail instructions. It would be extremely helpful if he could give directions as to how to actually get in. I had gotten lucky because the main gate happened to be open and I wandered in and found a person who was his grandson and he told me what to do. But it should not go like that. He should give you detailed directions and instructions as to how to find the place. If that gate had not been open, I really do not know what I would've done because it was no address posted or anything like that.
Very bad drainage in the shower and the sink in the bathroom. And the apartment was a little bit dirty, especially the shower, it was moldy, In fact, it's one of those showers that you feel like you're going to be more dirty when you get out of the shower than when you get into it.
The Internet was pretty much nonexistent. He helped me get connected, but it was pretty useless because it was beyond very slow.
