L’emplacement est parfait ! La propriétaire est très gentille
Le logement est très bien pour un nuit. Les lits n’était pas vraiment confortable et la salle de bain pas très pratique

L'alloggio è un piccolo monolocale nel centro di Sebenico, dotato di parcheggio privato e compreso nel prezzo (dettaglio rilevantissimo se avete un'auto). La posizione è ottima: in centro, ma al tempo stesso non troppo addentrato nei vicoli di Sebenico. Lo spazio è piccolo, ma funzionale. Il cucinino piuttosto fornito e con porta che la separa dalla zona notte. Il bagno è finestrato. Karmelita è stata disponibile e reattiva.
L'unica pecca è stata l'impossibilità di alzare la zanzariera e chiudere la persiana, cosa che ci avrebbe consentito di avere meno luce in camera la mattina e più privacy la sera, dato che la finestra dà su una strada pedonale pubblica. Si tratta, comunque, di una cosa di poco conto vista la presenza delle tende.

Excellent location, close to the fortress and the old city center. Like in most places in Šibenik, there are some stairs to reach the flat. Not recommnded if you travel with lots of luggage.
Parking provided for free, conveniently close to the flat.
Very quiet neighbourhood.
Value for money was ok, since it was low season.
I recommend for short term stays only. The room is small, leaving little space for suitcases.
Off season can be cold as there is no central heating, only air-conditioning. There was mold in the corner. The smell from the bathroom was not pleasant.

The property is close to the water front which is a bonus. Parking near by but like most places I’ve stayed you’re going to pay. The room was very well looked after and clean.
The room unfortunately is just a bit too small for my liking as was the bathroom for a grown adult.
