In the heart of Avignon intra-muros, on the 3rd and last floor of an old building of character, secure and calm, beautiful spacious and bright apartment, completely renovated.
Accommodation comprising 4 rooms:
- 1 very sunny living room: open space composed of an American kitchen opening onto a living room (2 sofas, dining table, 6 chairs)
-1 small living room in the center of the apartment with 2 sofa-beds each offering a bed for 1 person. This living room is crossed to go from bedroom 2 to the toilet, the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with showers, and WC in one of the 2.
* necessary information concerning the deposit: a deposit of 500 euros and the cleaning fee of 58 Euro are requested on arrival, not cashed and refundable on the day of departure after the inventory. The second payment is requested upon arrival by check or bank transfer.

Located just inside the city wall in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to city center and the popes palace. The apartment is very spacious, modern kitchen, dish and clothes washers. Good beds.

The property was in a good location. The property does not have a/c or screens for the windows so can not leave windows open otherwise bugs get in. Owner should provide fans. Location to park car for free is 1 km away. Second bathroom is useless as water pressure is very low.
