Super location with great views.
All rooms large, well decorated.
Very clean with information clearly labelled.
High spec equipment eg washing machine, tumble drier eg.
Well equipped for a large group with enough seating in lounge and kitchen ( which isn’t always the case at other venues).
Easy access to Leek and attractions.
One oven door does not shut properly.
Table in the kitchen sticky.

Nice big house and room for all of us. 6 adults and 4 kids.
Absolutely zero phone reception which isn’t the owners fault and helpfully there is free wifi throughout the property.
