Emplacement stratégique. Restaurants à proximité. Accès à pied à la plage en moins de 2 minutes et à la ville de St- Malo intra- Muros en 25-30 minutes .Grand appartement avec équipement de base.
Petits détails à considérer. Pommeau de douche fuyant. Rationalisation des équipements: papier de toilette, café insuffisant pour le séjour. Pas eu de retour de l' agence de location en cours de séjour.

Un espace convivial tout proche de la.plage Proximité commerces on peut tout faire à pieds le long de la digue à 2 kms d intra muros Sejour réussi
J étais avec mon petit fils de 3 ans et il manque un balcon ou terrasse pour les jeunes enfants et pour le linge quand on rentre de la.plage pour court séjour c est bien mais je recommande ce type de logement pour 2 adultes . Sinon la connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas le soir sur mon télephone

La proximité de la ville close, Le stationnement accessible et disponible. Pour le logement, la salle d'eau propre et fonctionnelle.
Le logement ( 3 ) ne respire pas la propreté. A notre arrivée, table de cuisson graisseuse, tapis non aspiré, table basse poussiéreuse, plan de travail non nettoyé. La literie est à remplacée ainsi que les cousins. L'alaise ( peu propre ) ne correspond pas aux dimensions des matelas donc gène le couchage. Les ustensiles ( casseroles ) sont à remplacer
