Trulli Serralta are located in thecenter of a large pine forest
surrounded by ancient olive trees. Thesmall villa is set in a well-kept
garden with a beautiful pool andwith solarium, shared with another
villa. There is a large outdoorarea( with exclusive use) where you can
have lunch and dine in thefreshness of the Apulian countryside.

Trulli
Serralta is located in theforest where other homes are also present. It
is only a fewkilometers from the nearest town namely the beautiful town
ofLocorotondo, all to be discovered, as the renowned center
ofAlberobello, just 10 kilometers away. For those who would like to goto
the sea, the beaches of the Adriatic such as Tower Canne andSavelletri
it`s only 20 and 18 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

If you are a seasoned traveller looking for a traditional experience of Locorotondo and the surrounding region, this is the place for you. This 4 bedroom trulli is surrounding by towering trees. The property itself is huge (about 3-5 acres) with another (2 bedroom?) trulli onsite. The second trulli is accessible by an alternate gate. We were alone onsite for the full 2 weeks with occasional brief visits from Angelo and his lovely wife Felica who maintain the place. Take your time to listen and be friendly with them both and you might get a nice reward of fresh eggs! They only speak Italian, so be ready!
The main house is large and comfortable. The kitchen is functional with 3 out of the 4 burners in working condition. The kitchen is perfect for 2 cooks and the sink and fridge were in good working condition. The kitchen and bathrooms are fed by 5 gallon hot water tanks. We didn't operate the heater or the air conditioner but the ample windows provided lovely air flow. Make sure that the screens are secure because the mosquitos tend to be quite active.
The location provides easy access to local towns--perfect for open market shopping, cooking at home and long afternoons by the phenomenal pool enjoying a spritz. Recommend little touches like fresh pillows for the couch and cushions for all outdoor furniture and a fresh cover for the gazebo. The outside retractable awnings and limestone table (for 8) are perfect for evening dinners. Cook a branzino on the grill, enjoy!
