WHERE IS HOUSE RELAX
"Relaxation House" is a few kilometers away from the tourist town of Martina Franca in Monti del Duca Road. The country side is scattered with stone houses called Trulli whose conic roofs are painted with stone pinnacles looking towards the blue sky; Strange old signs on the roof painted with white will be the focus of spiritual seekers to those mysterious esoteric symbolism that blends art and magic architecture. The land has got hundreds of beautiful old farming houses called Masserie, wide open green pastures for cattle breeding, centuries-old olive trees, and aromas of Mediterranean plants that are immersed in the spirit of nature and in the warm colors of Puglia.
ACCOMMODATION. Guests can book for a week or more. Will be applied for three weeks or a month.
THE HOUSE
has been renovated with new furnishings, The surface of the whole house is 300 square meters large with closed and open verandas everywhere. The green area of 5000 square meters enclosed by ancient stone walls, and it ‘s just five minutes (by car) from the town.
IT IS MADE OF TWO UNITS
1st UNIT: The first unit, overlook the garden and the sparkling blue pool. It is made of: three double bedrooms, a large living room with a double sofa bed, two full bathrooms one of them in the master bedroom, a baby camping cot.(air conditioning in the main bedroom. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, television, ironing board, steel cookware, potteries, paintings on the walls. A small bath room for the cleaning services; drawers for linens and detergents. The covered veranda near the living room has got a wooden Oven for pizzas ... or bread or buiscuits ....
2nd UNIT is made of a Dependance which has got a smaller bedroom with four beds, (two singles in the loft with ladder Wooden access), to read double bed heat pump for air conditioning. Fit for a couple and two children. Or simply for teen agers. A large wooden veranda (60sqm) closed with glass windows and wooden ceiling. In it there is an independent large kitchen 50sqm, a stone and wood made bar + a small Fridge, electric oven, TV, sofa and tables with chairs. Both units are connected by the large wooden veranda,
