We like the location and the comfort. Instructions to pick up the key were clear and we had no issues getting in. despite being located towards the street with the tram I found that the noise did not bother me when the windows were closed (I live in the country so I am not used to much noise and I was still fine).
1. There should be toilet paper at least in the beginning of the stay.
We had to buy toilet paper (there was none at all, not even a square), paper towel, broom.
For the longer stays like ours (two weeks) it is odd to not be able to at least broom.
2. I find the description of the apartment was misleading. The pictures were completely different from what we had seen when booking for the one bedroom apartment. I did not complain only because in the apartment we got there were blackout curtains and the one we were shown when we booked there were not and that was important to us. Streetlights would have bothered me while trying to sleep.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nahe an der Innenstadt, Bahn in der Nähe, relativ ruhig.
Ein schönes historisches Gebäude, Aufzug.
Es fehlte ein Besen und Spülmaschinentabs

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt zu besichtigen, sehr grosses Appartment
Strassenlärm von grosser Kreuzung und Strassenbahn, Einrichtung recht mager, auch in der Küche, Geschirr nicht sauber, im Bad waren noch lange Haare, allgemein nicht sehr sauber, dafür preislich zu hoch, w-lan ging nicht
