About this villa rental
This villa is situated in Magagnosc, near Chateauneuf de Grasse, on a hill overlooking the traditional village of Magagnosc, with a great panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes and the hills of Chateauneuf stretching to the Esterel. It is nestled in a large Mediterranean garden, and benefits from all the major facilities available withing 1-2 km. You'll be close to numerous tourist sites, and some of the most beautiful villages of the Côte d'Azur: Gourdon, Opio, Cabris, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, and more. You can also visit the famous coastal cities: Cannes, Antibes, Nice, and Monaco, enjoying their magnificent beaches and promenades. If you're interested in cultural sites, there are numerous possibilities: Grasse perfume museum, Renoir museum in Cagnes sur Mer, Matisse chapel in Vence, Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence, Picasso museum in Antibes, and more. If you prefer the peace and quiet of the mountain, there are numerous hiking trails that will allow you to discover the backcountry at your own rhythm. Finally, for a perfect evening, you can enjoy a quality concert on the small, peaceful church plaza in Opio, or discover gourmet delights in the Valbonne plaza. The house is situated in the heights with a large terraced garden with traditional Mediterraean vegetation: century-old olive trees, agaves, pink laurels, cypresses, and more. The garden is very large (5,000 m2), affording it absolute calm. Wide terraces allow you to rest or eat in the sun or in the shade of a large linden tree near the house or at the side of the pool. The pool is located on a terrace somewhat below the house. The property is entirely private, with access by a communal road below the house with an electric gate. The house is a traditional farmhouse made from local stone. It offers large spaces and has the comfort necessary for 6 people. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very large (20 m2 and 18 m2), with each one having a large and well-lit en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bathroom is a little smaller (12 m2), and it is equipped with a shower and a toilet for total independence. The first bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, the second is on the first floor and opens onto a loggia with a magnificent view of the garden, the village of Magagnosc, and the surrounding hills. There is a large and comfortable living/dining room of about 35 m2 with a large opening onto the garden, allowing you to spend lovely moments together in the cool house or in the winter in front of the fireplace. The house also has an independent studio with a piano for music lovers. The kitchen is spacious, clear, well-equipped, and it also opens onto the garden and the terrace. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills. Everyone will have their own independence, with two large bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, and washbasin en-suite to the two larger bedrooms, and a shower and toilet en-suite to the third bedroom.

Excellent accueil, jardin fleuri autour d'une jolie piscine et maison impeccable avec vue dominante en tout point conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce.
