About this villa rental
Villa with swimming pool located in GRASSE, world capital of perfume, on the French Riviera (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) 5 bedrooms, 10 people, 20 minutes from Cannes, in a residential area, with quiet private dead end road. Very nice open view of the surrounding hills; electric gate and indoor parking (five cars). A living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace under the fig tree. Ideal for a successful holiday with family or friends!
The house on more than 140 square meters of living space distributed on 2 levels: ground floor and garden level presents:
- a dining room & living room (equipped with a television) with open stone fireplace,
- a closed kitchen with a French window opening onto the terrace with a small table and another terrace under the fig tree (large table) equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils ...
- a bathroom (sink and bath)
- separate toilets
The five bedrooms are distributed as follows
- Bedroom 1 (garden level): master bedroom bed 160, shower, sink and toilet; dresser ; French window onto garden and swimming pool;
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor) a 140 bed; a closet-dressing room; window to garden and French window to terrace
- Bedroom 3 (ground floor) bed 160; closet-dressing; window on garden;
- Bedroom 4 (garden level): small room including a bathroom separated by a door (sink and toilet) with convertible sofa bed 140; dresser ; French windows on the garden;
- Bedroom 5 (ground floor) with two single beds; two closets-dressing; hill side window;
Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
The outdoor space includes:
- a garden of 1000 square meters, with fruit trees: orange, lemon, persimmon (persimmon), kumquats, cherry, medlar, fig, etc. or decorative olive, palm, rose etc. ...
- a swimming pool with secure barrier of 7 x 3 m (sloping more than 2 meters deep on one side and a staircase on the other side), sun loungers, a covered terrace, a barbecue.
The gardener and the pool specialist are included in the rent.

Its location is therefore ideal for discovering the "FRENCH RIVIERA": the bay of Cannes, its Croisette and the Sainte Marguerite island, its authentic neighboring Provencal villages (Cabris) and typical Tourette sur loup (and its violet), Gordon and its gorges , Lake Saint-Cassien (pedal boat, kayak), or on the Nice side and its old town: the villages of Menton, Eze and majestic sites such as La villa Kérylos or La Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild (Beaulieu-sur- Sea - Villefranche sur mer).
Family hikes or walks can be organized and access on foot (10 minutes) from the house to the peaceful and verdant Siagne canal (walks, jogging).

We rented this house for a family holiday in Grasse. It was important that there were enough bedrooms and also enough privacy for everyone. And the pool was an absolute bonus! The house is beautifully situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We had all the privacy and enjoyed the tranquility, the garden and especially the pool. It was lovely to eat outside together. Under the fig tree or next to the kitchen. Unfortunately it was a very hot summer with temperatures up to 38 degrees. As a result, it was very warm inside, despite the fans in the bedrooms, too hot for some to sleep well. Others were not bothered by this. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook extensively on a regular basis. We also enjoyed grilling in the garden. Contact with the owner was very pleasant and our questions / requests were dealt with promptly. All in all a wonderful family holiday in a nice house!

The house was lovely and had all amenities for a perfect vacation. We were 8 persons and everyone were happy with their rooms and the house. The pool area were great as well as the possibility to eat at different places outside, depending on the shade. The surroundings and the view were magnificent. It was also very easy to get in contact with both the owner and her representative in Grasse.
We will definitely try to have another vacation in this beutiful house.

Maison suffisament grande pour deux familles. Belle maison, agréable à vivre, grandes pièces, piscine agréable même la nuit (éclairée), barbecue appréciable. Cuisine tout équipée et grande. Emplacement idéal à Grasse : belle vue sur Grasse.
Adresse pas suffisament bien décrite dans l'annonce à mon sens (peut-être mal compris), il manquait le numéro de la maison.
Bonne relation avec la propriétaire.
A refaire sans hésiter.
