location was excellent, right in the centre of village. very quiet.
very basic. lacking in one of two things. no wine glasses, no sharp knives.

Friendly host who serves good breakfast with homemade cakes (remember you are in Italy and breakfasts are usually only a pastry + espresso - so this is more), lovely garden, spacious apartment only steps from the main square, friendly cat comes by to say hello, also it's a beautiful tiny, tiny town

The bed was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was lovely.
There was no kettle, and the kitchen sink was dirty. The shower room and loo were dirty - I had to clean them myself.
