Really good place to stay. But could do with alittle update. Because its close to puds etc can have loud guests staying too.

Location is good. If you like city stays.

Stayed here with my 6-year-old during our Belfast trip and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient and worked well as a base for exploring the city. Bus stops were nearby which made getting around easy, especially with a child. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us and suited our needs for a city break.

The only downside for me was the bathroom/shower. It felt quite old, the water pressure was not great, and at one point the water suddenly went cold while showering. Overall though, for the location and convenience, I enjoyed the stay.

Very close to the museum and Botanic Gardens. Room was on 3rd floor – lifts very useful and efficient. Room was very spacious, with lots of storage space and 2 beds were large, fresh and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Exactly as described, a place to use as a base to explore the city and to sleep well at night . Penty of storage space and no unneccessary frills - e.g. breakfast not included but Maggie May's, just down the road, does fantastic all-day breakfasts 7 days a week. Several other cafes including one in Museum (no entry charge) are also close by. Vending machines in hotel foyer for water, drinks, snacks. For other refreshment, the Botanic Inn is literally next door. Malone Road is an area of pleasant tree-lined avenues and parks, just a few minutes on the bus from the many restaurants and bars in the centre.

Shower in my room was a bit old-fashioned, difficult to use and ran for quite a while before getting any hot water, washbasin had hot water though.

The surrounding area was lovely. The hotel was clean and spacious.

The shower was never hot and despite reporting this four times nothing was done.we could have been offered another room but were not. The staff were all very pleasant but just made excuses as to why it was cold. Such as the water is off in the evening because everyone goes out!!
