A warm welcome awaited us. We needed a stay Close by as we received tickets for a concert. This hotel was ideal. Pleasantly surprised at the modernisation since our previous stay. Parking was very handy. Will stay again.

Hotel excellent location, very modern & clean.
Booked a family room , but room was tiny, single size at best! Given we were only 1 night stay with 1 case and the age of our kids i didnt say anything but wouldn't suit longer stay or smaller children.

Rooms were good and warm , food was excellent and parking was available easily
The location didn’t fill me with confidence with lots of boarded up windows and run down houses in the area . However my car was perfectly safe and nothing happened while there . Wouldn’t be keen to venture outside after hours as a southerner with so many Union Jack flags flying nearby

Great location, budget wise it's worth it
Cleaning wise could be a lot better, milk from the coffee machine tasted sour, carpet on my floor smells funny, like someone had pee'd on it. One of my towels had so much hair stuck on it that I could assemble a Chewbacca. It was a bit disappointing, I've been to other hotels from the same franchise and never encountered similar issues.
