El servicio ha sido increíble, de verdad que nunca me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel, todo el personal es súper servicial , atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel es hermoso, limpio, con una piscina muy linda y frente al mar. Si van a visitar Cattolica definitivamente este es el hotel perfecto para hospedarse, lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería mil veces

Modernes Hotel in erster Strandlage, sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch ganz besonders im Frühstücksservice.
Überhaupt war das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut! Lange nicht in dieser Form, Qualität und Vielfalt erlebt. Besonders für Italien herausragend gut! 🥐☕👍
Der Roof-Top-Pool war zu kalt und nicht wirklich schön angelegt, mit Kunstrasen drum herum ausgelegt. Pool- oder Strandhandtücher hätte man gegen Gebühr ausleihen müssen.

Moderna
Alcune stanze sono ancora molto vecchie e nel piano non ancora ristrutturato (agli altri piani le chiavi erano magnetiche e anche la climatizzazione era digitale mentre al nostro no) c’era spesso uno strano odore di muffa, soprattutto in camera. Abbiamo parlato anche con altri clienti dello stesso piano, tutti avevano lo stesso problema.

"Location of the hotel is right by the beach. Room was clean but small (we used it to sleep in anyway). Pool is a bit small, but with the sea that near it does not matter. Staff is simply amazing! Gree..."
