The Hotel is superbly placed for beach access and shops and restaurants. The walk o the beach is about 300 yds.
We had a superior double room which was lovely. Very big with a large balcony giving us a sunset each evening.
Breakfast was buffet style as was the evening dinner. We were booked for just B&B but it was easy to book in for the evening meal.
Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels if you wanted, (I prefer to use mine a couple of times before having clean ones, saving the planet etc)
A mini fridge in the room is a great advantage.
The pool was fantastic. Its on the roof giving gorgeous views across to the mountains and the beach.
Buffet style breakfast was nice but not always replenished quickly. It's served from 0730 until 10:00. If you are a late riser, by 0930 you dont get the benefit of a full breakfast. We ate about 0830 and the savory began to run out by then. Mostly I feel this is because family's with kids come early.
Dinner was nice. We ate in the hotel twice and the meal was good. Plenty of choice served to you which was better. If you're not a fan of children who run around throughout the meal times, then avoid this Hotel. For me having an Italian family its not an issue but be warned the hotel caters for children and they can be noisy!
Pillows we're brilliant, but the beds are a bit hard, so again, if you have back issues, it's not good.
Only one small lift which can be a bit 'hit or miss' if it arrives. There is a glass lift at the back of the hotel.
Be warned that the cost of using the beach seems to have shot up dramatically. 1 umbrella 2 chairs = €28!!
It may be cheaper to book in advance but then you are tied to using them each day as you've paid in advance.

Bij aankomst bleek het geboekte kamertype wat verouderd, maar na te informeren naar upgrademogelijkheden dacht het personeel goed mee en werd alles snel geregeld. De nieuwe kamer had een fijn (zij)uitzicht op zee en tot bijna half acht ’s avonds zon op het balkon, heerlijk! De airco werkte bovendien uitstekend. Ook de schoonmaak van de kamer was tiptop in orde.
Het zwembad op het dakterras was een echte highlight: prachtig uitzicht en comfortabele ligbedden. Het stand is op 1 minuut lopen afstand.
Parkeren is prima geregeld: het hotel heeft een paar eigen plekken, en als die vol zijn, kun je gebruikmaken van een parkeerplaats op slechts vijf minuten lopen, inbegrepen in de prijs.
Een leuke verrassing tijdens ons verblijf was de proeverij van lokale wijnen, bieren en hapjes. Een echte traktatie en een gezellige toevoeging.
Het ontbijt is helaas onder de maat. Er is weinig keuze en de producten die wél beschikbaar zijn, smaken niet goed. Denk aan droge cake, aangebrande croissantjes en roerei dat er onnatuurlijk uitziet. Het ontbijtteam komt bovendien erg laks over: gebruikte borden blijven vaak staan, tafels worden niet opnieuw ingedekt en je begint je ontbijt daardoor geregeld zonder bestek. Het bijvullen van producten is ook niet goed geregeld. Als je wat later ontbijt heb je geen brood, ham en kaas meer.
Met name de oudere medewerker (vermoedelijk de f&b supervisor), man met bril, maakt geen prettige indruk. Op een dag verscheen hij zelfs in sportkleding in de ontbijtzaal, terwijl hij voortdurend andere medewerkers corrigeerde – een erg merkwaardige situatie.
Verder oogt de kleding van het personeel onverzorgd: dunne, doorschijnende T-shirts geven geen professionele uitstraling. Een simpele polo zou al veel netter staan.
