We stayed on an upper unit and what impressed me most was how quiet the room was. We were able to sleep three easily with two single beds in the room and a second roller bed in the living room. The location was near the Cathedral and various sites. Easy to get to by Uber or other rideshare. The place is not a luxury accommodation and is a bit date, however it was clean and very utilitarian.
Extra sheets, pillows and blanked for the roll out bed could have been available in one of the closets. It was after hours when we realized that there were none in the unit and had to borrow linens from nearby relatives.

Super Lage zur Lanxess Arena. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.
Kleines, einfaches Zimmer - für den Preis aber in Ordnung. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Leider kein Frühstück.

I have choose the place for the location (needed something in short walking distance to the Lanxess Arena) and it is literally 10 minutes away.
Appreciate the welcome bottle of water and the plus of the little terrace.
Room was clean, with everything you can need. Enough space, silent and perfect temperature.
I asked only once for room cleaning, actually I only needed towels change but that didn’t happen. Luckily I arrive before reception closed and could ask for them.
